We handle other people's books, filings, and operations for a living — so we treat your data the way we treat our clients': carefully, minimally, and on documented terms.

Who we are

DIGITS Business Support Services ("DIGITS", "we", "us") is a business support company based in Cavite, Philippines, serving clients in the Philippines and internationally. For anything in this policy, you can reach us at inquiries@digitsbusiness.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us. When you use the contact form on our site, that's your name, email address, company name, the service you're interested in, and any details you include in your message. When you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, and the meeting details you choose. If you email or message us directly, we receive whatever you send.

We do not collect payment information through this website, and we do not buy, sell, or trade personal data — yours or anyone else's.

How we use it

We use your information for exactly one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the services you've engaged us for. We may follow up on an inquiry you've made. We will not add you to a marketing list you didn't ask to join.

Who processes it on our behalf

Like most small businesses, we rely on a few established service providers to run this site. Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree. Call bookings are processed by Calendly. The site itself is served by our hosting provider. Each of these processes your data under its own privacy policy, and we share with them only what's needed to deliver the function you're using.

How we protect it

Data protection isn't a legal checkbox for us — it's the product. Clients hand us their books, their filings, and their inboxes, so the same discipline applies to a simple website inquiry:

  • Least access. Your information is seen only by the people who need it to respond to you — not the whole team, and never a third party outside the processors named above.
  • Encrypted in transit. This site and every service we use to receive your data (forms, booking, email) run over HTTPS/TLS.
  • Documented terms. Client engagements are governed by written agreements covering confidentiality and data handling before any work begins.
  • No resale, no sharing. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Ever. This is a hard rule, not a policy preference.

How long we keep it

Inquiry data is kept for as long as it's relevant to the conversation — typically no more than twelve months for inquiries that don't become engagements. Client records are retained for the duration of the engagement and afterwards only as long as law or accounting standards require.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) — and equivalent laws where you live — you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to ask us to delete it. Email inquiries@digitsbusiness.com with the subject "Data request" and we'll respond within a reasonable period, normally within 15 business days.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use basic analytics to understand overall visitor traffic (pages visited, general location, device type). Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. Embedded third-party widgets, such as the booking calendar, may set their own cookies under their own policies.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it here with a new "last updated" date. Material changes affecting active clients are communicated directly.
